This is a special massage designed to restore and enhance lymphatic drainage from the lower limbs. Using special compression stockings, mechanical lymphatic drainage is performed, which is based on intermittent compression of the limb and the creation of pressure waves that support both the lymphatic and venous systems.
Healthy people should undergo lymphatic drainage at least twice a year to stimulate the lymphatic system and, at the same time, boost their immune system.

The main function of the lymphatic system is to rid the body of harmful substances. Today’s lifestyle, which is often marked by stress, tension, and poor eating habits, can negatively affect the proper functioning of the lymphatic system.
As a result of poor detoxification, we feel tired and suffer from a variety of health problems and illnesses, to which we are more susceptible because our immune system is weakened.
Mechanical lymphatic drainage is recommended following infectious diseases, injuries, and surgeries, as well as to improve skin condition (for example, after liposuction). It also promotes faster recovery after physical exertion, hiking, and sports.
Lymphatic drainage is also an excellent way to prevent varicose veins. It also helps with venous insufficiency, swollen legs, and cellulite.
If you're wondering how to support your lymphatic and immune systems, try mechanical lymphatic drainage. It is a clinically proven and long-term tested method for improving lymphatic system function, which we have been successfully using at Dermaestet for several years.
Lymphatic drainage does more than just help restore your body’s health. It reduces swelling in the legs and ankles. After the treatment, you’ll also see slimming effects and a reduction in cellulite. Skin elasticity will improve. Lymphatic drainage can also help relieve muscle pain.
Lymphatic drainage is not a painful treatment. It is a very pleasant procedure.
The treatment helps with venous insufficiency and varicose veins, and also prevents their development. It also helps reduce cellulite and significantly improves the appearance of the skin. It is also an excellent method for post-workout recovery and, in some cases, post-surgical care (e.g., after liposuction).
Mechanical lymphatic drainage cannot be performed in cases of cancer with metastases, acute infectious diseases, or hypertension (high blood pressure)—which is measured before the treatment. Taking warfarin is also a contraindication for lymphatic drainage.
During the summer months, it is recommended to bring leggings or tights—for a more comfortable experience during the treatment.
