Incontinence is a very sensitive topic, and few women naturally come across information that reassures them that they don’t have to rely solely on incontinence aids—that a non-invasive procedure using the FRAXIS laser device with the GYNOLASER applicator can be an effective and quick solution to the problem.

At our clinic, we use a very gentle CO2 laser, which is one of the most widely used lasers in both aesthetic and gynecological medicine. This laser works by stimulating the production of collagen fibers within the vagina, thereby restoring the firmness of the vaginal area, regulating the microflora, and enhancing lubrication and immunity. During the treatment, the vaginal area is tightened and firmed; in fact, it can be described as a rejuvenation of the intimate areas. GYNOLASER thus also offers treatment for women who, due to advancing age, have begun to experience insufficient vaginal lubrication and, as a result, a decline in the quality of their sex life. 

No complicated preparations or recovery period

Gynolaser treatment is non-invasive and completely painless; no anesthesia is required. We insert a special narrow CO2 laser probe designed for gynecological treatments into the inner part of the vagina. Most of our clients do not feel the treatment; there may only be a slight sensation of discomfort when the probe enters the vagina. After the treatment, the client returns to her normal life; the only restriction is the need for one week of sexual abstinence. 

The number of treatments varies from person to person and depends primarily on the specific issue the client is seeking treatment for. For incontinence treatment, three sessions are ideal. For vaginal infections, one session is usually sufficient.

The procedure is naturally followed by a healing phase, so it is essential to avoid sexual intercourse for at least 7 days. During the healing phase, new collagen forms, which tightens the vaginal area. This entire process takes approximately 3 months, so the results do not appear immediately after the procedure but rather over the course of weeks to months. We recommend coming in for a revitalization treatment after one year. If the client maintains a healthy lifestyle and, for example, regularly takes collagen as a preventive measure, the effects of the procedure will last 3–4 years. For older women (around 70 years of age), a revitalization treatment is always recommended after one year. 

GYNOLASER and Lichen sclerosus

Lichen sclerosus affects a significant percentage of women. Although this condition cannot be completely cured, we also use our GYNOLASER to alleviate or even stop its symptoms. The laser beam penetrates deep into the skin, increasing blood flow and simultaneously stimulating the cells’ natural repair mechanisms. This allows wounds and fissures to heal better and faster.

At our clinic, we perform this treatment in combination with hyaluronic acid fillers, which provide a significant amount of structural material and hydration to the affected area. Another effective option for improving the condition associated with this disease is the use of intimate fillers.
